These terms and conditions govern your use of the Redmond Fuel website (redmondfuel.com) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free across Ireland. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days for the South East and 1-3 working days nationwide. Deliveries are made to kerbside only. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles. Firewood should be stored in a dry, ventilated area.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
