Our Guarantee
At Redmond Fuel, we take pride in delivering premium quality kiln dried firewood. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on firewood that has been delivered correctly and undamaged. Refunds for damaged or incorrect orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Quality Issues
If you believe the firewood does not meet our stated specifications (e.g. moisture content above 20%), please contact us with photos and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
